WIN Housing

The When in Need (WIN) Program provides decent, affordable housing for the homeless and those who are at risk due to insufficient income, loss of resources or other circumstances.  WIN also provides long-term permanent housing and supportive services for persons with physical and mental disabilities, thus allowing them to live independently in a safe environment.

Affordable WIN Housing

Affordable WIN Housing

This unique program is designed to assist and empower participants in transitioning from homelessness to self-sufficiency and financial independence.  In addition to housing, participants are provided with the supportive services and resources needed to increase skills and income. The WIN Program provides transitional housing until the family is able to obtain adequate income to support an affordable permanent home environment.  HUD Section 8 Income Limits are used to determine income eligibility and to set rent limits for program participants.
